In the historic center of Camaiore, in the province of Lucca, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November returns the traditional Fair of Ognissanti, with over 300 exhibitors. The stands will be open from 8:00 to 20:00. There will be stalls with food and wine products of the area, grains and sweets for the feast of the dead, such as almond paste orchards, children's toys, household items, hardware, wooden and wicker objects, handicrafts and intellectual works. The Fair is organized by the Municipality.

In 1437 the castle of Camaiore was besieged and occupied by the Florentine army. For five years the community was governed by the Commune of Florence, which was a source of concessions to ensure the favors of the Camaiore people. Even the Fair of Ognissanti, also called Santi Simone e Giuda, was instituted by the Florentine government itself, on October 15, 1441, as attested by the council resolution of the City of Camaiore "fiat bis mercatum in dicto comune camaioris die Sancti Marci de mouss aprilis et die Sanctorum Simonis and Jude de mense octobris ". This is also confirmed by the historian Bianco di Bianco in his chronicles, written at the beginning of the sixteenth century: "it was allowed to keep a free market from any gabelle for the duration of 15 days, and two other fairs, also free from gabelles, one for the feast of All Saints and the other for St. Mark ". In the following centuries the Fair continued to be organized, without particular interruptions and, to date, can boast an antiquity of 574 years.

Every year almost 400 exhibitors are present in the streets of the historic center with quality craftsmanship, the commercial sector, the food sector, the intellectual works and products for the home. At the same time, in the area of ​​the Monumental Church of the Abbey, is set up the Agrozootecnica Fair, with horses and a market exhibition of animals and products for agriculture, hunting and leisure items.
